These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Bodacious Glow website (the "Service") operated by Bodacious Glow ("us", "we", or "our").
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our Service.
**1. Skincare Products and Services**
Bodacious Glow offers a range of skincare products available for purchase both in person and through our website. Additionally, we provide skincare services at our spa studio, including facials and other skincare services within the scope of a licensed esthetician in California. Clients can book our services through our online booking page, which is linked to our website.
**2. Payment Terms**
Payment for products purchased through the website is processed immediately. For in-person product pickups, payment can be made in cash or via Venmo upon pickup, unless payment has already been made through the website.
**3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies**
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service cost. If clients are 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment may be canceled and they will be charged the full amount of the service cost.
**4. Professional Practices and Liability**
As a licensed esthetician in the state of California, Bodacious Glow adheres to all applicable guidelines and practices within the scope of esthetician services. Clients are required to fill out consent forms and client intake forms prior to their services. Bodacious Glow reserves the right to refuse service if a client fails to provide the required consent forms, if there are contraindications present, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Bodacious Glow. Bodacious Glow is insured as an esthetician, providing an additional layer of protection for clients and the business.
**5. Intellectual Property**
All content provided on the Bodacious Glow website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Bodacious Glow or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
**6. Limitation of Liability**
Bodacious Glow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
**7. Indemnification**
You agree to indemnify and hold Bodacious Glow, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
**9. Entire Agreement**
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Bodacious Glow regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
**10. Severability**
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.
